Every handmade piece carries the artisan's devotion; proper care lets it stay with you longer.
Thangka
- Avoid direct sunlight and damp environments
- Gently wipe dust off with a soft dry cloth
- When rolling up, face the painting outward; do not fold or press
- Framing and hanging for display is recommended
Copperware / Thokcha
- Wiping with a cotton cloth keeps the shine
- Avoid contact with acidic or alkaline liquids
- Verdigris is natural oxidation; polish gently with copper paste to restore
- For long storage, apply a thin layer of mineral oil to prevent rust
Tibetan Incense
- Store sealed in a cool, dry place
- Avoid heat and direct sunlight to preserve the fragrance
- Use within 3 months after opening
Beads / Turquoise / Accessories
- Avoid water, sweat and cosmetics
- Wipe clean with a soft cloth after wearing before storing
- Turquoise is sensitive to heat and impact
- Oxidized silver can be restored with a silver polishing cloth
