Shipping Information
All Zhitang products are shipped by Qingdao Zhitang Trading Co., Ltd. We ship within 48 hours of order confirmation (delayed by public holidays).
Delivery Methods
- Mainland China: SF Express / JD Express, usually 2–5 business days
- Packaging: shock-proof bubble wrap + cardboard box; wooden frame for fragile items
Return & Exchange Policy
7-Day No-Reason Returns
Within 7 days of receipt, unused items with intact packaging and complete accessories may be returned without giving a reason.
Returns are not supported in the following cases
- Used or damaged items
- Custom-made items
- Damage caused by personal reasons
Return Process
- Contact customer service and explain the reason
- Ship the item back in its original packaging (shipping borne by the buyer, except for quality issues)
- Refund or exchange is processed within 3 business days after we receive and inspect the item
